It is currently unfurnished and can offer some furniture for the second bedroom if needed. It is a 2 bed house with 2 large double bedrooms, garden, garage, and big living room space with kitchen.

I have a viewing this Thursday and am looking for someone who would like to join me in taking this tenancy. Total rent is £1000 (£500pp) and deposit would be 5weeks rent split between 2.
