Double room for rent

Hey! I’ve just finished renovating my house and I'm looking for a housemate to share the space with🤗 I’d love to live with someone who’s friendly, clean and respectful. The room is pretty much a blank canvas at the moment although it includes the double bed pictured and you would also have your own bathroom. The vibe in the house is relaxed, clean and sociable. I enjoy the gym, music, eating out and love a good balance of social time and chill evenings in.

Im looking for someone around a similar age who’s up for creating a nice living environment - not just flatmates, but friendly housemates who get along and feel at home. The rent is £600 due on 1st of each month and all bills are included. You can move in from 06/10 but flexible if a later date is needed.
