1 large double (ensuite) + 1 small single (could alternatively be used for guest room/office, if renting whole unit)

Would suit couple, 2 friends, someone with pets, nature lovers...

Short lets & holiday lets accepted (different rate)

Option to rent whole unit for complete privacy (negotiable reduced rate for whole unit) or to rent either the double or single bedroom with the remainder being communal.

Parking included. Electricity & water included. Heating, use electric or gas canister (renew at your cost when empty). Waste & soil drainage not included. No internet currently (although may change).

Occasional farm help for rent reduction possible.
