Bright and Spacious Double in Friendly 4-Bed Share

A spacious double room is available in our friendly 4-bed professional house share. The room is on the top floor of a 3 floor house. You'll share this floor and the bathroom with only one other person.

The house itself has a large, comfortable shared living room and a generous, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and workspace. There’s one allocated parking space which the housemates rotate between them, and there’s also free on-street and permit parking directly outside, so parking should always be available.

The room can be offered furnished or unfurnished. I have no need to take my bed, mattress, bedside table, and wardrobe, and I’m happy to sell them to the next tenant if interested (open to offers). I bought furniture for the room back in april and have barely used it so all is basically new.

The current housemates are friendly young professionals who work mostly on-site during the week, with the occasional work-from-home day in the study. Everyone has their own interests and routines outside of work, and while they enjoy the odd pub trip or quiz night together, they equally value personal time and keeping the house relaxed and comfortable for everyone.

Bills are organised collectively by the housemates covering all essentials (utilities, internet, council tax (band D) etc.).

I’m only moving out to live with my partner — it’s a great house with great people, and a really comfortable place to call home.
