A bright and spacious top-floor double room is available now in our relaxed four-bed professional house in Cheltenham. You’d share the top floor and bathroom with just one other person, so it feels private and quiet.

The house is modern, comfortable and well looked after. There’s a large kitchen with plenty of space to cook, a cosy living room to unwind in, and free parking outside. It’s in a great spot too — close to shops, bus routes and an easy walk or cycle into town.

Rent is £650 per month plus bills, and the room can come furnished or unfurnished. The current furniture was bought new in April, barely used and is available for sale — open to offers if you’d like to move straight in ready.

You’d be joining three young professionals (two women and one man, mid-20s to late-20s) who are friendly and easy-going.
