Double Room in Springbank £625pm

I’m renting out the spare double bedroom of my house (bungalow with a first floor?). It’s in Springbank in Cheltenham, just behind GCHQ. The room is approx. 3.1x4.1m and comes with off-road parking, a private garden, loads of storage, and a garage (not for storing anything big like a car though).

Rent is £625pm with bills (and internet) included. Happy to consider couples but the rent will change in that case.

The kitchen will be refurbished in a couple of months (I won’t lie, it’s awful at the moment), and I’m planning to do the bathroom in the next year or so, so there will be building works whilst you stay.

Lounge is currently partially unfurnished but I’m working on getting furniture for it asap.

I am a 31yo Engineer working at a local defence company, and I have cat and small dog living with me. They are both friendly but the dog will bark a little until she is used to you, and you won’t see the cat until he decides you’re cool and just shows up one day.
