Hi all, I’m looking for one lovely girl to move into my whole female household. This house is friendly, homely and a relaxed environment and now avaliable to another girl looking for a homely vibe and nice, sociable housemates.

We’re looking for girls who want to be part of a home, not just renting a room, but equally there is no pressure if you’ve had a stressful day and just want to tuck yourself away in your room. If you’re looking for more of a home vibe then this room is for you!

Room 3 (this room)
Room 3 is also a large double with built in wardobes, desk space and with a chest of drawers. The room shares a bathroom with room 2 and 4

Currently the property is occupied by three girls all who have been there this last year and get on well! They have met each other whilst living at the property. The room has become available as Lucy has purchased her own property ☺️

All bedrooms come with off road parking, there is a space for a car in the drive way and ample of spaces on the road.

The house has subscriptions for toilet paper, dishwasher tablets washing machine tablets, washing up liquid and multipurpose spray, so £10 of your rent is covering these subscriptions.

Communal areas
The communal areas include the open plan kitchen living dining area, downstairs loo and garden. There is also a pantry under the stairs for space for food and other bits.

All communal areas are kept clean with the use of a cleaner on a fortnightly basis. Kitchen appliances include, toaster, kettle, microwave and gas hob& oven.

If you find any problems in the house, I have friends and family local to help sort it out.
