Double Room in a lovely area

I have a lovely spacious double room become available in the central location of fairview/hewlett area in cheltenham! 10 minute walk to town and the brewery quarter, lots of little restraunts, bars and cafes seconds away from the house, and 15 minutes from pitville park! The bills are not included but are roughly £175 a month. The property would be shared with myself and 2 very friendly kittens also live here. The home is very spacious, With basement and attic space for storage, a small garden and off road parking.

About me: I work from home and then also do additional work as a singing teacher during the evenings and on weekends. I’m big into my music, especially 70s/80s/90s, I love theatre, film, going to gigs and going out with my friends. I’m very clean and tidy and take great pride in my place and would love to live with someone similar. Would be ideal to make a friend as well as a housemate!

Room can come furnished or unfurnished. No dogs but cats that can live with other cats considered.
