Ensuite room near GCHQ to fill asap

Hello!
I have a lovely ensuite room with a juliette balcony and all bills included. The room is lovely and peaceful; I'm only moving so that I can live with a friend who unexpectedly has a room available in his flat.

Room - en suite (with an amazing shower and a window), juliette balcony, large built-in closet, desk, double bed, 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers. The room is on the 1st floor. Note: some of the furniture is mine.

House - it's a very quiet, professional house share where everyone has their own space. The house has a garden, a kitchen with a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, an oven and a hob. You get 2 fridge shelves + one door shelf, one spacious cupboard shelf and can use some of the shared shelving for pans etc. The garden also has a large compost bin. You also get shoe shelves in the hallway. There is a cleaner once every 2 weeks.

Area - the house is on a very calm and quiet estate with 24/7 security so very safe. It is a few minutes' walk to GCHQ, very close to the fields on the edge of town, and has easy access to Asda. There is a bus stop right outside taking you to town or shops.

Landlord - it's run by an agency with a property manager right nearby. They have done everything compliantly and properly for me and the room is clearly well maintained.

Bills - council tax, wifi, electricity, water, gas (not TV license)

Please message me if you're interested as I'm keen to get it filled so I can move into the new flat :) I can do a viewing almost any time on a week day as long as I know the day before :)
