1 double room and small room

I currently live in a 3 bed house, I currently have the top floor and have the 2nd floor available. My partner just moved out so I have 1 double room and a small room which would be yours, the main bedroom is a good size and then there's a small bedroom too which you could use for storage, wardrobes etc. I never use the front room as always in my bedroom so you would also basically have the entire front room. Lovely kitchen and small garden . Shared bathroom. I am a 32 year old male, work full time, clean and tidy and friendly. The price includes water, Gas, electricity, Council tax and broadband basically £795 is exactly half the rent and bills. I live in the bedroom upstairs so the whole second floor would be yours aswell as the living room which I only occasionally use.
