This is a slightly unusual arrangement - I am seeking a temporary lodger/housemate while I travel for approximately three months. During this period, you will effectively have the house to yourself.
You will have full use of the entire property except one small bedroom, which will remain locked for storage. The rest of the house is newly renovated, including a brand-new fitted kitchen. You will be the first person to enjoy the space once completed.
The property is fully furnished: all furniture, kitchenware, and household items are provided. You’ll only need to bring your own mattress protector.
All bills are included in the rent and will be paid by me during your stay. This covers council tax, water, gas, electricity, 800 Mbps fibre broadband, plus access to Amazon Prime Video if you wish to use it.
I’m looking for someone respectful, clean, and considerate. As everything is newly refurbished, I would expect the property to be kept in good working order.
This arrangement will be a lodger agreement, not a tenancy. While I do not currently plan to return early, there is a small possibility my travel dates may change. If I return before the end of the agreed period, we will discuss and agree any necessary rent adjustment for the remainder of your stay.
