Stunning apartment on beautiful Pittville Lawn.

The huge drawing room is gorgeous and full of light, giving plenty of space for relaxing and having dinner. Kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, fridge/freezer and oven with access to a well kept shared garden. The bedroom is spacious and onlooks the garden. There is a small second bedroom which I am likely to keep locked so that I can give you use of bedroom and keep some belongings out of the way. The property is right on the park, with town a 5 minute walk. There is driveway access first come first served, and permit parking on the road (I should be able to include one vehicle.) Bills are included provided no additional charges are incurred.

Looking for a quiet professional who will look after the flat and get on with the neighbours - this is my home and so essential I find someone who will be respectful. You will have entire use of the apartment during the week.

I work away in the week, ideally I would like to come home at the weekends and for Easter leave but the logistics of this can be discussed / negotiated depending on your requirements. The let is available until about mid July but again this can be discussed. I have a small terrier who will be back at weekends, I don’t think there is much trace of this but it is for your consideration.

Can conduct viewings on Friday afternoons or evenings and over the weekend.
