Room available in town centre in lovely 2-bed flat

Location - the flat is right by the big Waitrose in the centre of town, right by the Honeybourne line and minutes from Royal Well Bus Station.

Bills - the £645/month does not include bills but we have arranged these all already. It comes to a little over £800/month with all bills included (wi-fi, council tax, electricity, water).

Room - the room is a small double with a very large cupboard and direct access to the balcony.

Bathroom - The en-suite is technically the main bathroom of the flat, but since the other bedroom has a proper en-suite, you will be the only person using this bathroom. As you can see, the bathroom is very spacious.

Shared spaces - the flat has very large and comfortably furnished shared spaces. This includes an entrance hallway, airing cupboard, a large, well-lit living room, a kitchen (same room) with more cupboard space than anyone needs, and a big sunny balcony. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, oven, hob, washer/dryer, and microwave oven. There is also cycle storage and one parking space.

Furnished/unfurnished - the rental contract is for an unfurnished flat and we furnished it ourselves as you can see. I am happy to be flexible on whether you buy the furnishings from me, replace them with your own, or just use what is there and I remain the 'owner'.

Flatmate - you will be sharing the flat with Peter. Peter comes from Linlithgow in Scotland originally but now works in Cheltenham full-time. He's very easy to live with, spending lots of his time running, but is also around in the evenings to cook, chill and chat.

Rental term - we started the 12-month rental contract on 27th November 2025. I really love the place, especially the location and living room, but I lost my job and will be moving to the Cotswolds for a new role by the end of March. This means the contract will continue until 27th November 2026, when you and Peter can decide if you want to keep living there or not.
