Professional house share, central location

Hello, I am the lead tenant looking for a new tenant to share my house. Please note - This is not a sublet and prospective tenants will need to be aware that a new tenant will be subject to credit and reference checks from letting agent/landlord and added to an existing tenancy agreement.

I am looking for someone to rent the first floor of my house and have 2 rooms available (lounge, bedroom) plus bathroom for 1 person (no couples). Currently unfurnished but can be furnished if required.

The house is a modern town house in central Cheltenham and available is a double room with own bathroom (bath with overhead shower, toilet and basin). You also have a separate lounge/workspace on the same floor.

There is also shared modern fully fitted kitchen with cupboard space and doors out to garden.

It is council tax Band D and the amount payable is shared at £87.50 per person per month. Utility bills split 50/50 each, (gas/electric), but broadband included in rent.

Parking is also available with charging point for electric vehicle. It is a no smoking property. The room is on the first floor of the house and currently is unfurnished but I can provide double bed etc if needed.

I am a professional female and there is my cat that lives with me. I'm not a 'party person' and would prefer someone who prefers a quieter lifestyle and can be a considerate tenant. I live on the top floor of the house.

On weekends I like to go out for coffee or walks or relax and read in the garden. I am home alot and like a quiet night in after work and relax as my job can be quite stressful.
