Double Room in Quiet Cheltenham Home

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate professional housemate to share my home in Cheltenham.

The available room is a double room in a quiet terraced house, set in a peaceful cul-de-sac close to the town centre and train station. The house has a garden at the back, parking available, and fast fibre Wi-Fi. All bills are included in the rent.

I work from home, so I’m generally around during the week, although I’m hoping to travel and explore more when I can. I’m sociable and enjoy good company, but I also value quiet time and respect personal space.

Female preferred because this is a live-in landlord house share in my own home, with shared kitchen, bathroom and living spaces. I’m looking for a calm, respectful and homely household dynamic, where the person feels comfortable and settled rather than simply renting a room. This is a personal preference around shared living compatibility in my private home.

Ideally, I’d like to find someone who wants to feel at home here rather than just rent a room. Someone friendly, independent, clean, tidy, and easy to share space with would be a great fit.
