I have a large, furnished double room for rent in a quiet cul de sac in a town centre location, a stone's throw to Waitrose and also close to Tescos. The room is bright and spacious. There is built-in storage space with shelves, as well as a separate wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and a king size bed with bedside tables.

The house is a Victorian terrace and has a living room, separate dining room, kitchen and a bathroom (bath with shower over bath). There is also a small garden which is perfect for chilling in during the summer months. All this to share with only one other housemate! The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine and all cooking utensils. If you are into growing your own veggies, there's a small vegetable patch in the garden, all ready to be planted in! Outside the property there is plenty of unrestricted on street parking. I used to commute to work everyday in my car and have rarely had any issues finding a place to park.

The rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, council tax, water, TV licence and broadband)
