The room to let is recently decorated and also has a tv aerial if required.
There is high speed mesh broadband throughout the property which provides excellent coverage throughout including on the terrace.
Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sky Q including Disney & Sky box sets in the living room.
There is a cleaner who comes in fortnightly. The rent is £650pcm including all utilities. A deposit of £400 is required . Mon-Fri only is also available for £600pcm.
The property is 15mins walk from the Town centre, has a local convenience store just down the road and a 24hr M&S garage 2mins away. Pittville park is under 10mins walk away, which is great for picnics or a nice walk around the two lakes. There are 3 cafes where you can get a variety of food & drink.
