Rooms available for Cheltenham Gold Cup Race Week

Hi! My husband and I have recently moved into a lovely Victorian house in Cheltenham and are looking to rent some of our bedrooms for the Gold Cup Race Festival. We have 3 double rooms available and they will all be fully furnished with a bed, drawers and wardrobe. We will supply all bedding and fresh towels and will put a kettle, toaster and microwave in each room, so you can make yourself at
home.

The house is situated in Fairview Cheltenham and it is a 10 minute walk into town and 15 minutes to the race course, so a perfect location to avoid all those traffic jams and taxis!

We are surrounded by a wide selection of pubs, bars, deli cafes and restaurants, including the famous Curry Corner and The Kemble pub. You are very welcome to have your breakfast locally or we can provide you a breakfast, just ask us when you book.

Our home is a 4-storey semi-detached
house on a quiet road. We have free wi-fi and virgin media tv in the main living room.

My husband and I with our cat and dog will be staying in the property with our own facilities. The rest of the house will be available to share between the 3 rooms. This will include a large living room-diner with fire, family bathroom (rain water shower, toilet and sink) and shower room (shower and sink).

The rooms will be available at £75 per room per night (maximum of two guests per room please). We just ask that you don’t smoke or party in our home!
