Flatmate Wanted in Central Cheltenham

Located in the town centre, the flat is modern, spacious and great value for money.

The flat is currently occupied by myself and my girlfriend. Although this may sound a little cramped, it is not, and this has not been an issue with our previous two tenants who have lived with us for a year each.

The flat is fully furnished including the available bedroom, with a very comfortable living room and good kitchen to offer. The flat also has private and secure parking which is of great help in a place like Cheltenham!

The room itself can has a double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside table and chest of draws included. In addition, there is another cupboard which can be used to store clothes/belongings.

We have Sky TV & Broadband and free calls over the weekend is available. The kitchen is well stocked with amenities included so there will not be a need to purchase new things when moving in.

Myself and my girlfriend (Alice)are very relaxed and sociable people. We love sports, films, cinema, game of thrones and going out for food and drinks. We want someone who we can get on well with and socialise with well too.

Our last two tenants have both been male doctors and this has worked really well so we are ultimately looking for a male who is mature and professional. Being clean and tidy is a must too.
