The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside unit and computer desk. Shared lounge, kitchen (cooker, microwave, freezer, 2 fridges and washing machine). There is a bathroom with wc and separate shower, another separate wc and a small, but pleasant garden, overlooking the park, suitable for barbecues.

All bills and a WiFi broadband connection are included in the rent. Permit parking is extra.

Short term contracts will be considered with an extra charge of £15 pcm.
