Hi, I have a fully furnished double room available in a 2 bedroom end of terrace Victorian house in a quiet road in Fairview, 5-10 minutes walk from town, the hospital and with good access to bus routes. The room has recently been decorated and is furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside table and desk. This light and bright house comprises living room, dining area, kitchen, utility, bathroom and a courtyard garden with BBQ, parking is available with a permit. The price includes all bills, WI-FI and Sky TV, bedding can be supplied if needed. The house is occupied by myself, an easy going 37 year old professional.
