Located 1 minute's walk from the railway station the property has 3 bedrooms and a large shared living dining room. The kitchen opens to a garden room and raised decking to a 20 metre south west facing garden. The house has central heating, and permit parking (£2 / week) is on the road in front of the house.

Local amenities a short walk away include top quality chippy, Tesco Metro, Dominoes and several coffee shops. It's a 20 minute walk or only 8 minutes cycle to town via the Honeybourne Line or by D or E bus and a short drive to the M5 and GCHQ. Nearest decent pubs are the Lansdown or in Montpellier and the amazing Deya Brewery around the corner.
