The room is in a professional house share close to Cheltenham town centre with large well-equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry, separate sitting room, parking space on site. All kitchen equipment provided, SMART TV in sitting room, patio courtyard with BBQ & tables and chairs

Suitable for trainee pilots/air traffic controllers and we can accommodate the start date of 16th March.

WHAT YOU PAY
Rent of £700 pcm (pro rata beginning and end of tenancy), to include all bills. Deposit of £700 lodged with Deposit Protection Service. Holding deposit required to secure the room equal to a week’s rent and refundable once referencing is complete.
