Full references will be needed and tidy, respectful professional people preferred. Happy with mixed nationalities as long as basic spoken English is good. Flexible on duration of stay but prefer longer term commitment. Property will be part furnished with beds, desks and storage in each room but can accommodate if you already have your own furniture too.
