Large double en-suite room (Mon to Fri only)

We are a 'young' semi-retired couple who have a spacious house with a large double en-suite room for rent.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe with drawers, lounge chair, table etc. There is Wi-Fi and a TV with DVD player. Bed linen and towels can be provided, and the room can be serviced fortnightly, if required.
We have a large south facing garden, with a comfortable, covered seating area. Smoking is okay in the garden.
The High Street is a 10 min walk & there are local shops a short distance away. Conveniently located for the Hospital and UCAS.
Easy on street parking, with no restrictions.
We are looking for a mature, professional person, on a Monday to Friday basis only, who is tidy and easy-going, who doesn't mind a small dog.
