Really nice house, double room, on a quiet street

There is a large double room available in this 3 story 4 bed house. The room is double room with lots of character and features.

Unfortunately 1 of the girls are moving away after having been in the house for a few years.

This is a great house with lots of communal space, 2 bathrooms, garden, kitchen dinner and big front room.

The front room has two large sofas, Flat screen TV and wood burner. There is a down stairs bathroom with separate bath and shower. The bathroom was fitted only two years ago and is very modern.

The kitchen is huge and has an extendable dining table in that can seat 8. The kitchen dinner leads to the garden which great for BBQs in the summer and has a shed for storage.

The The house is completely fully furnished. All the furniture was new 1 year ago and to a very good standard.

All bills are included such as, 50MB high speed broadband, gas, electricity, TV license and council tax.

There is street parking with no permit required.

The house is a 5-10 min walk to the center of town.

I would prefer another girl as its always been all girls in the house and I think they would prefer to keep it that way. I'd like to find someone to fit in with the group and the girls will be helping me find someone.
