Its a 4 bedroom house and 2 girls are moving out this summer leaving 2 double bedrooms available.
The double bedrooms are furnished and upstairs in a semi detached house just a 8 minute walk to the town centre.
We have a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and rear garden with access. Also an on road parking permit available.
The total rent with all bills included is £500per month, this also includes a cleaner who cleans twice a month. The deposit is also £500
