House share close to the centre of Cheltenham

A double room available to rent, complete with wardrobe, double bed, two chests of drawers bookcases desk and chair, and it’s own seperate office.

The room is shared with two housemates, sharing a bathroom with monsoon shower, a living room with a widescreen TV, fast wifi and a shared kitchen. There is a basement in which you can store stuff if you want. Also I have a large garden with a huge decking, fire pit and a BBQ. There is also off road parking for a small/medium sized car.

The house is located next to the St Paul’s campus, a convienient 10 minute walk from the center of town, a few minutes from a large supermarket (Waitrose and Tesco) and 10-15 mins from the M5.

Desirable qualities in a housemate would be sociable, clean and easy going.

Rent is £360pcm, including some bills.
