The house is a few minutes’ walk from the town centre; one spacious double room is available on the ground floor, within a 5-bedroomed town house. The room is furnished with a double bed (including mattress protector), plenty of wardrobe space, a desk and swivel chair, a tall book shelf, a bedside unit, a lamp, and a laundry hamper.

All household bills are included in the stated rent, as well as all those essentials such as toilet paper, kitchen foil, dishwasher tablets, and hand soap, to name a few!

The wireless internet access is BT Infinity 2.

The shared areas are professionally cleaned weekly, with each bedroom being the responsibility of the occupier.

I am looking for a person who is clean, tidy, and quiet and who will naturally treat my house with respect and have respect for their fellow tenants. It is vital that you understand the need for keeping the shared areas tidy, as well as the need for good kitchen hygiene.

I use a company called rentchecks to screen prospective tenants using either the ‘Advanced UK Tenant Check’ or the ‘International Tenant Check’, at no cost to the prospective tenant.

A non-smoker is a must.
