I have a very tidy double bedroom for rent in a two-bedroom period style terraced house with on street parking, sharing with me (live in landlord female)

Facilities include:
Neutral decor bedroom with double bed, triple wardrobe, three drawer chest of drawers, bedlinen (if required) period fireplace.

shared use of:
bathroom (with rain head shower), lounge, kitchen (with washing machine & dishwasher), ironing facilities and Wi-Fi. I also have an office space under stairs which I rarely never use.

Bills included. But not meals.
Shared responsibility for keeping house clean and tidy.

Location:
Rosehill Street, very close to Charlton Kings, quiet one-way street with lovely neighbours. 10 minutes walk into town and Montpellier/promenade. 10 minutes walk from hospital. 15 minutes walk to Tesco metro or large Sainsbury's. Very close to A40 and 10 minutes from M5.

Terms:
Initial 2 month contract with £100 deposit & a months rent in advance.
When contract expires I would require 1 months notice from 1st of the month.

Mon - Fri / Sun - Thur (i. e. 5 nights) £440 p/month

Suit: working professional. Looking for someone who easy going, considerate, clean and tidy, trustworthy and MUST like cats (I have two and they are very dear to me).
