The House:
Immaculate- just been refurbished with new bathroom, Super efficient boiler and new carpets.
Spacious lounge with virgin TV (fibre broadband) and log burner (ready for winter!)
Spacious, fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer & dishwasher) and lots of cupboard space.
The Garden is a sun trap and has secure storage for bikes etc.

The Room:
Good sized double, decorated to high standard facing over the garden and view of Cleeve hill.
Available either furnished or unfurnished (negotiable) with all bills included.

Current housemates are both working professionals but enjoy socialising/eating/drinking and enjoying the outdoors. This house would suit a young professional who is fun, sociable and willing to share responsibility for keeping the house clean and tidy.
