I own this apartment very near the town centre. I am looking for a new houseshare flatmate to rent out the spare bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Any new tenant can make any possible changes based on individual requirement.

In general the decor of the apartment is modern and very professionally fitted out. The property has now had quite a lot of DIY completed to clean up those odd rough edges.

The layout of the apartment is entrance hallway plus general hallway, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with bath, one with shower. Large living room and space for extra furnishings and dining. Furthermore kitchen is wonderfully fitted out with available storage space washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer plus gas hobs and new fan oven.
