I have a fantastic newly refurbished ensuite double room to let within a shared house in Cheltenham. The room is fully furnished with fitted mirrored wardrobes, new double bed and desk and has an ensuite. All bill are included in the price which includes gas, water, electric, phone, broadband ( WI-Fi) and council tax.
The house has a shared lounge and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & washer/drier.
There is off road parking for 3 cars and garage for storage. The house also has a large patio and rear garden.
