We have a single room which does accommodate a small (4ft) double bed available in this professional house share. The room is fully furnished with with bed, mattress and protector, chest of draws, and a wardrobe. The house has a comfortable living room with sofas and a TV. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is presented in good condition and is currently well looked after by the tenants. Outside there is a pleasant garden with patio and a timber shed for secure bike storage. The utilities are all included in the rent which includes Council Tax and wireless fibre-optic broadband.

The other housemates are three males all professionals in their mid 20's to mid 30's.
