We are a happy House share of young professionals in our mid 20’s looking for a 4th person to join us. We are currently 2 males and 1 female.
The room is a furnished upstairs double in a semi detached house just a 8 minute walk to the town centre.
We have a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and rear garden with access. Also an on road parking permit available.
The total rent with all bills included is £500per month, this also includes a cleaner who cleans twice a month. The deposit is also £500
