Clean and friendly house share

Double room in shared house with lounge, 2 bathrooms, garden, good sized kitchen, conservatory and off road parking.

We are looking for a like-minded person who is clean and tidy and likes a calm house.
Ideally social who might be up for occasional movie nights, bbqs, cooking together, generally hanging out now and then.

The property is really well connected, 5 minute drive to Cheltenham and Gloucester, easy access to the M5 and with a bus that goes to Chelt and Glos every 15mins and all night. (Ideal for students)

I also have a friendly dog, the dog isn't allowed upstairs and is out with me during the day.
