Large comfortable attic bedroom with en-suite, double bed, TV, easy chairs, table, drawers for storage & hanging space for clothes

**ROOM 2 : Single**

£44 a week (£22 a night)
Possible scope for staying on Mon & Thu nights too after a discussion about why we've tended to rent it out just Tue & Wed nights in the past.

Single bed in a comfortable room with a desk and storage including hanging space for clothes. The main bathroom is next door and will only be used by yourself (with the other lodger possibly choosing to use the shower in there at agreed times because they only have a bath in their ensuite).

**HOUSE LOCATION**

Churchdown is situated between Cheltenham & Gloucester.

10 mins drive to Gloucester City Centre.

5-10 mins drive to GCHQ in Cheltenham, another 5 mins drive into the town centre.

Regular bus service between Gloucester & Cheltenham (94 bus stop just a 5 min walk from house).

Both rooms have lovely views looking out towards Chosen Hill.

*LENGTH OF STAY*

Any duration will be considered but we prefer long stays (ie. a minimum of a few months, ideally longer).

Wi-Fi internet access.

Off-road parking.

Storage in garage for bike.

Full access to kitchen & washing machine.

Rooms professionally cleaned once a fortnight.

Friendly cats live here (but ALWAYS stay downstairs. They don't ever have access to the first floor or attic).

Payment will be expected weekly irrespective of whether you are staying all/any of the agreed nights

Occasional weekend Fri, Sat & Sun nights may be possible on request at extra cost.

Single occupancy only for both rooms.
