Share a bright, welcoming bungalow with a kind, independent 81-year-old lady who enjoys embroidery and quiz shows. She’s looking for someone friendly to share her home and provide some much needed company and help with a few simple tasks each week.

A bright, modern and spacious dormer bungalow with fantastic links to Gloucester and Cheltenham. The home includes:

▶︎ Your own en-suite bathroom
▶︎ 2 sitting rooms
▶︎ Off-road parking
▶︎ A beautiful back garden

🛌 Your Room

A spacious double room upstairs with a small roof terrace provides a nice space with plenty of built in storage. The Homeowner will furnish the room with a double bed and extra storage or you can bring your own furniture.

⚡️ All Bills Included

Electricity, water, gas, council tax and Wi-Fi are all covered in one affordable monthly rent.

😊 About the Homeowner

You’ll be sharing with a really kind, independent and friendly 81 year old lady who has a wide range of interests such as embroidery and quiz shows. She would especially love to share with a dog lover, as she has a lovely small dog who doesn't live at the property but is very much part of the home.

The homeowner has a preference for sharing with another lady who is at home most of the week — either someone who works from home or is retired.
