I'm a current tenant that shares this lovely flat with another young professional girl. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I have to go back to my home country next year and I have a one-year contract in this flat, so you would substitute me in the contract (that runs until 28th of April but this can be extended after).
The living room has a big sofa and a TV where you can link your amazon, Netflix, etc account.
The kitchen is fully equipped (cutlery, fridge, washing machine, etc)
The bathroom is a good size, that you will share with the other girl.
You would have to share the water and electricity bills with the other girl, and council tax (band A) (if you are not a student)
Beginning of contract can be flexible but the earliest would-be late December/early January.
