We have one student room available in a two bedroom annexe to main house in walking distance close to the RAU. It is available now for the next academic year. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs is open plan kitchen/ lounge area with small garden. One room currently occupied by RAU student and would ideally suit a mature student or post grad student looking for a quiet place to live. Off road parking at the front and all bills included in rent.
