Room for Rent/ Flatmate Wanted

Double room for rent in 2 bedroom flat share in central Cirencester. The flat was refurbished in the recent past.

I am looking for a young professional to take my current flatmates room once he vacates in end of August. We met on spareroom and have lived in this flat for nearly a year, I want to extend the lease but my flatmate will be moving on since he bought a house.

I do not have a preference on gender or age particularly. I would like to meet people who want to move in.

I am 32 and work full time. I will be travelling on a regular basis throughout the country but this is likely to be daytime only.

Bills are likely to be in the region of £175 each a month average, this includes Council Tax, water, electricity, gas, broadband and shared household expenses.

The deposit is set by the landlord and so I have included the price in here I expect them to request.
