Room available in the centre of Cirencester

Hi, I have two rooms available in my apartment just a 3 minute walk away from the centre of Cirencester.

The rooms are fitted with double beds, bedside cabinet, and a small chest of drawers. You will be provided with additional cupboard space in the hallway to store your belongings, and your own cupboard in the kitchen for food and a shelf in the fridge. The kitchen is fitted with a kettle, toaster, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. All cooking supplies, such as pots, pans, plates, bowls etc. are supplied but you are more than welcome to bring your own items.

The property being an apartment does mean that you would be expected to keep noise to a minimum during late hours and remain respectful of the neighbours.

There is not parking included so you would have to sort your own parking, however there are lots of options nearby. If you have a small car there is also the possibility of renting the garage for an additional fee each month.

The property is council tax band C, but this cost is included within the £700 rent.

Ideally I would be looking for likeminded people to rent the rooms and I would expect us to meet prior to agreeing the room rental to talk over any questions and ensure that there will not be any issues.
