Females preferred but not necessary, currently female-only household. There are three bedrooms with three private bathrooms. You will have your own private single bedroom on the second floor overlooking the garden, with a private bathroom with shower and bathtub, both have been recently renovated, as has the kitchen. There is a small landing space as well that is yours to use as an office space or otherwise.

Quiet property with garden ideal for a single student or professional, friendly to those who work from home. All bills included. I will also consider well behaved dogs as there is a private garden perfect for them.
