Single Room - All Bills Included

Small single furnished room available for a lovely female in new housing estate approx 20 mins walk from town centre (parking available). I live with my 23 year old daughter and 21 year old son. We are very laid back and easy going. We are looking for a lodger to move into our home so hope that they will see it as their home too. It is a quiet, relaxed household, but very social. Must be OK with animals as we have a very bouncy springer spaniel and 2 cats, with no respect for privacy! All bills are included (with use of the WiFi and Freeview TV in the room). The room is available for anyone who wishes something short term whilst they find their way around Cirencester and look for something longer term or with a larger room.
