Hi, I'm Kirsty, and I live here with my crazy friendly Cockerpoo, Indie.
My kids are both away at school and Uni, so I have two double rooms available to let.
-Bedroom One with en suite, preferably 5 nights per week.
-Bedroom Two has shared bathroom with one other, preferably 5 nights per week.
-Bedroom Three small double which would be using a shared bathroom or suitable as an office for home working. Available 7 days per week when the other rooms are not booked.
There are 4 bedrooms in total, however I host a maximum of two lodgers, so I keepI one of the rooms free for one of the kids popping home and then we all have our own bathroom.
So if you are looking for short term or flexible, do send me a message and we can see if what I have available can suit your requirements and budget.
In the rest of the house there is the kitchen/diner/family room and a separate lounge with SKY TV and my home study, downstairs cloaks, utility room.
The house is all mod cons, alarm, and fast broadband. I'm happy for my guest to use the kitchen and laundry to suit their needs.
There is parking available on the drive for up to three cars.
Villard Close is a lovely private new estate located on the outskirts of Cheltenham in the hamlet of Coombe Hill. It lies at the junction at A4019 road to Cheltenham (3 miles) at the junction at the A38 road between Gloucester (7 miles) and Tewkesbury (4 miles).
The Swan Inn is next door, Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust reserve just behind us, Farm Shop, Texaco garage with Morrisons across the road, so you’ll be assured of great food, beautiful views and fantastic walks right on the doorstep.
Some of the region’s major centres just a few miles away, a bus stop right on the doorstep, Staverton airport - 10 mins – and easy links to further destinations via the M5.
Room - Month
1 double with ensuite - £800
2 with shared bathroom - £750
3 with shared bathroom - £750 - Currently taken
The room rents include all bills except for council tax. Not required for 5 x night per week, where registering on the electoral role is required, rent is additional £100 per month.
One person per room, no guests without prior permission. I'll consider pets, they would need to get on with Indie (who isn't spayed), as long as they are house trained and I don't allow upstairs.
Do get in touch if you are looking for something with no ties ins or need a 'pay as you go' home from home.
