Down Ampney - beautiful room for rent

I have a newly decorated home in the stunning village of Down Ampney, which is equidistant between Swindon and Cirencester and aprox 25 minutes from Cheltenham and 5 minute from Swindon GWH. One professional female resides here. Renters have their own newly fitted stunning bathroom (bath and separate shower) The room has beautiful furniture in cream and a TV. There are lots of wonderful walks around Down Ampney, tennis courts, a small shop and an active village hall that often holds events. There is very much a community feel in Down Ampney.

Shared use of lounge and kitchen. All bills included (renters are expected to be economical with water use), except food. I have rented very successfully previously to a consultant from GWH hospital. I am very welcoming and friendly and have two cats and a small super friendly dog. Any questions, please just ask.
