Easy access to train station with direct line to London, Paddington and Hereford every hour both ways; Oxford, Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon close by for shopping, sports and leisure facilities, cinema and theatre and more are motorways M40, M42, M5 and M6. Reasonable bus service through village. Fully equipped fitness studio in the village with qualified, experienced personal trainer.

Beautiful rural location with country pubs, gorgeous local walks, road and cross-country running and cycling routes (I have space in a secure garden shed for a bike) and active local communities with many interest groups.

I'm a very fit, active, busy and sociable person with varied interests (theatre, cinema, the arts, running, sailing, diving, cooking, entertaining) and would like a house-mate as self-directed, positive and active as me although appreciate time and space to oneself is equally important.

Please don't be put off by my age; I'm very young at heart and have just started my own business - very successful so far - and I'm certainly not ready to retire or become inactive by any means!

I will consider a flexible arrangement (such as Monday to Friday, Sunday to Thursday etc) and reflect this through an adjusted monthly rent.
