We are looking for a lodger to rent our beautiful modern annexe in our large Georgian family home. You will have a double room with large wardrobes and a chest of drawers, an ensuite with shower and bath. You will have the shared use of a sitting room with a kitchen area, with your own oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. However, the main house has it's own kitchen and sitting room so the annexe will be predominantly yours to use. The washing machine is shared. You will have your own access via steps at the side of the house. There is a small patio area by the entrance. The floor to ceiling windows look out over our garden. Parking is on hard standing within yards of the property. The property has quick and easy access to the M5, both to Bristol and Cheltenham /Gloucester, and minutes away from the local station. We are on the Cotswold Way and the local amenities include a golf course, swimming pool and gym, primary schools and a secondary school. Dursley is a thriving community with small local shops and supermarkets. And surrounded by beautiful scenery. We are a family with 3 children. Please note that the annexe is above the family main living space and, with young children, there will be some noise during the day! However, if you enjoy children, or work away during the day this won't be a problem. There is no traffic noise as the annexe is to the rear of the house. Please note we are looking for a lodger for our family home, not a tenant, therefore would not expect overnight guests.
