The room has a wardrobe , bookshelves, table and chair (suitable for home workers.) Under-bed storage, TV, mini fridge, kettle ,toaster and ironing board. ( you will need your own iron as I don’t do ironing)
Kitchen/diner with wood burner and small tv, cooking range. Utility has air fryer, microwave, shared fridge and freezer space. Kitchen utensils etc shared.
Bedding and towels provided if required.
I do all washing as it’s more economical to keep to full loads.
Your own cupboard in kitchen for food etc.
All bills included.

There is storage space for bicycle, tools etc.
Convenient for shops, gym and swimming pool 🏊‍♂️. Train station 🚉 is 5 minutes drive away. Buses stop out side property. Bristol, Cheltenham, London, Birmingham etc are easily accessed by nearby M4 and M5.
I’m a live in landlord with two small dogs. I have a lodger who has been here a long while and keeps very much to himself.
Probably suit a quiet person who enjoys country life. The Cotswold way is nearby along with beautiful walks including Stinchcome hill.
I have a very large garden visited by hedgehogs 🦔 foxes 🦊 and badgers 🦡 . Looking for someone who is clean, honest and who appreciates the beauty of this planet 🌏 and respects personal space.
Just one house rule, slippers only indoors.
