We have a large second floor bedroom available in a lovely Cotswold stone home in a peaceful location in Dursley town centre. We're looking for a quiet, professional, mature and considerate person. The two homeowners will be travelling for much of the rental period and you will primarily be sharing the house with one professional female.
Shared space includes a kitchen, two pantries, dining room, living room/study, a bathroom and a shower room. Amenities include a dishwasher and a washing machine. Parking is available on a first come, first served basis behind the house or in the small public car park behind the house. All bills included, e. g. Wifi, heat/hot water, electric, council tax.
