We have a spare room in our modern detached house in a cul de sac to the Woodmacote area on, the edge of Dursley. It is within walking distance of the town centre and there are good country walks and pubs within the vicinity. The house is located within a 20 minute drive to Stroud and the M5 motorway is within 3 miles. The room would therefore be a good base from which to commute to Cheltenham, Gloucester and Bristol. Cam and Dursley railway station is also nearby and there is a regular bus link from Woodmancote.

The room is on the ground floor and is a generous sized double bedroom with an en suite shower room. Access to the room is by way of a raised deck area at the rear of our house. We provide your own microwave oven, fridge etc, Digital TV with Freeview and DVD. Access to broadband is available for a small monthly charge. Car parking is available to our private driveway.

The room would particularly suit someone working away from home and is available from the beginning of April, subject to a satisfactory reference being made available and payment of the deposit.
